Favorite teacher and why: Zeb Hayward, because he goes out of his way to make connections with nearly all of his students.
Personal hero and why: Peyton Manning, because he overcame so much adversity with injury and still achieved success.
Preferred college: Air Force Academy
Preferred career: Civil engineering
Highlight of your high school experience: Beating Montrose to clinch a spot for the state playoffs with the soccer team my junior year.
Q: What accomplishment are you the most proud of?
A: Getting the opportunity to play college soccer because that has been my goal all of my life.
Q: If you were the principal of your high school for a week, what would you do or change?
A: I would not change anything because I love my school and class.
Q: If you could have dinner with one person, living or dead, who would you choose and why?
A: I would have dinner with Adrian Peterson because we both suffered ACL injuries, and he returned healthier and stronger, and I think I could get so much inspiration from him as I am rehabbing my own knee.
Q: If you could live anywhere or do anything for one year, what would you do and why?
A: I would go live in Liverpool, England, and play soccer for the youth team because they are my favorite team.
Q: What advice would you give to yourself as a freshman?
A: I would tell myself that every person will face adversity and the person that we truly are shines through in our dullest moments.
